Okay, I know this question's been answered plenty and all, with the whole 'In your library, click the explore button, then right click and open with Itunes' thing.. But I read one of the previous answers that said to download frostwire, rather than limewire..
DO NOT!
Awful. Terrible. Bad advice.

Within two days of having frostwire, I was so sick of it, I uninstalled it and installed limewire again. Whenever I attempted to open internet explorer while playing a song on frostwire, the song would skip until the internet page would load. and that happened EVERY time I opened a window.

So, I just wanted to make sure that you didn't download the wrong thing.

heyy, i do this too, so i think i could help you out heree =)

okay, well in order to get the songs off of limewire onto your ipod , you need to download both itunes and limewire.

Once you have done that, get all your songs on limewire- im pretty sure you know how to get them on limewire, but if you dont its simple, just where you search type in the name of the artist or the song , and when it comes up theres a list, click whatever and click download..
anyways back to getting limewire to itunes okay
Well i do is, when im all ready to transfer the songs onto itunes, i make the limweire screen a little smaller then the itunes one, than i highlight the library on limewire and hold the mouse down and drag them to the itunes library.

If you need more help just tell me.
I think i explained it out clearly.
Good luck !

Okay install itunes and download Frostwire... it is so much safer and better but from the same company ((frostwire.com)) and it will automatically connect your new songs to itunes. You just have to open your itunes... on the side navigation it will say Frostwire and something else right after it go into that and take the new songs from that list and click and drag them to your library

Kay, I have a much easier way to do what you want to do then what the other people have given you, their ways will work, yes, but this is alot simpler.

Open your iTunes, and your limewire. Clcik and DRAG the song you want from Limewire to iTunes. And voila. Your song has been transferred. :]

Then just connect your iPod. It'll sync automatically. Then, your done. :D

hey

when you first got limewire, you probably designated a folder in my documents by the name "my music" or something relating to music to keep your songs in. if you didnt, you should know where your songs are.

after you figure out where all your songs are located, just open iTunes, k. and then go to "file" - "add file to library" or CTRL+O (letter, not zero). then just find the folder & do control A to select all the songs at once (if you have a specific folder for your songs) and click "open."

they should come up.

if it doesnt work, ask another question specificc. to me so i can help you out more. cause i did exactly what you are explaining.

Hi.

I made a folder in the "My Music" folder of my coputer just for my ipod.

When LimeWire finished each song a do a search for the song then copy and paste it into that folder.

Then I open iTunes, and go to "file" then I go to "add file to library". I find the song I want to add, then click it, and viola. Its in my library, all I have to do is update my iPod, and it will be on there. :]

To do a search on your computer to find the song got to your Start menu. Then go to, Seach. Click on Music, then type in the title of the song.
