skin problem help!

Question Posted Wednesday May 2 2007, 4:38 pm

Ok well i wore a t shirt today. I looked in the mirror when on side slipped and oh my god that area was so light compared to the skin colour of my neck! How can i make my neck the same original colour as my body? it got tanned so bad..and i have to wear a dress soon so it'll show really bad.

You are going to want to make sure the tan doesn't get any darker. Get a super strong sun block that won't even let you tan and wear it every day.
If you haven't gotten your dress yet, try to get a halter to break up this line on your neck, hiding it a little. If not, wear a necklace to help with that. A chunkier one would work the best.

bath & body works has nice tanning lotion that takes about a day to work. or you can use bare minerals makeup on your neck- it works perfectly on your face, anyway. both of those products are from experience so don't worry. yea, you could try to tan the rest of you like the columnist before me said, but that might be a bit weird because your neck would only get darker and it'd get worse. might i add that artificial tanning can kill you and if you spend too much time tanning under the sun, or artificially it will give you wrinkles early- like early 20's! maybe wear a dress color that flatters you and your skin and makes it look maybe a bit darker? hope i helped!

you could lay outside to tan and cover the area that is darker with a cloth or something
