Tanning I plan on using one of those tanning-beds for the 1st time soon. The only problem is I have no clue where to start. What do I need/what should I need to know?
Thanks.

I'm not going to tell you not to use one, because its your choice, but i'm going to advise you not to get addicted, and it may sound silly, but alot of young girls are getting addicted to them.
But you'll need, tanning lotion, NOT sunblock.
And they provide the goggles you need. ]
Tanning beds are not a good idea. They are even more harmful then the natural sun itself. Take that from a girl whos father has had skin cancer. Luckily he is ok now but dont think that skin cancer cant happen to you because it CAN. I hope it doesnt happen to you but my best advice is go out in the natural sun with sun block OF COURSE! you will get a slight glow and then use a product like jergens which tans you gradually and gives u that so called healthy glow! ]
tanning beds are terrible for your skin and could give you skin diseases from the bacteria in them from other people. they make you age faster and are just really bad for you. i recommend tanning outside or sunless tanners ]
Well, most people get completely naked when they go. But since it's your first time you may just want to wear undies. You put tanning lotion all over you, and then you lay down for the alloted time you set the tanning bed for. That time will depend on how easily you burn. It's your decision whether to wear the goggles or not. I just put a towel over my face. Hope I helped. ]
