sometimes you can download the music on myspace. i always do that , but is it okay?

It's should be fine, I mean, the band put it there and enabled the option to donload the song, while others they don't let you. So pretty much I guess you could consider it the bands permission?

Yes. That's why some pages music players have the "download" to click on and when you do, MySpace asks you are you sure you want to because it adds it to your music player.
Yes, it's legal and okay on MySpace.

Yea, its fine. The band enables that option for any song they're willing to let people download. And it's pretty much impossible to make your own page now to let people download anything. You won't get in any trouble at all.
