you should eat. even if its something that has no taste like sucking on ice or eating JuJu bees (they are so good and theyr fat free) its better then nothing.

People have different body types, so don't be discouraged if maybe you have thicker legs than someone else or if someone else looks like they have a tinier waist. Look in the mirror and tell yourself what you like about you. Like, I have pretty eyes, or whatever. Also, do an activity that's fun and that can keep you in shape. Eat healthy foods and not a bunch of junk food. That way, you'll know you are fit and healthy. You'll feel better by taking care of yourself being active, and not starving. If you still feel fat, ask your doctor for some advice. She most likely has great advice. [ allthingsgray's advice column | Ask allthingsgray A Question ]
TEENAGExHEARTS answered Saturday April 28 2007, 3:36 pm: you should try talking to yourself and be like if i don't eat this i could become anorexic and that is NOT a good thing. convince yourself that by eating you are only being healthy and you will NOT get fat. as long as you are eating the right stuff, you'll be fine.
also if it gets really hard to eat try showing yourself some pictures of girls that are anorexic and VERY VERY thin. that should scare you into eating :]
