You can be friends with each other, but you cannot chat on the columns to each other because it will result you in a ban. If you would like to chat, there's a chat that you can find under 'Get Advice.' It's the last link labeled 'Chat Room.' Click that & choose the one you think you would like to use. If you don't wanna use that type of chat, go on your column & click "Ask A Question" to get your ID. It'll be the last few numbers there. When you get those numbers, put them after the equal sign in this link:

Then click submit/go on your searchlinkbar & that'll be your forum. Good luck, and enjoy the site.

This site is focused on giving and getting advice. If you want to chat with someone you met here, look on his / her column for contact details. Make sure you remember to say who you are.

There is an IRC (Internet Relay Chat) channel for this website, and the instructions for how to get in are on this page: [Link](Mouse over link to see full location)

Most of the time when I go there, the only other person in there is MFS, but may be you'll have better luck at picking a good time to go there. Say, try the scheduled chat times.

I see no reason why not. Most of the advice givers add their personal contact information on their profiles and would only have done so if they don't mind being contacted so that's one way (to e-mail them that is - adding them to things like AIM, Yahoo and MSN should probably be done after emailing them to ask them if it's okay first, just to be polite).

There is also the IRC (internet chat relay) chat roomavailable to chat in (use the chat room link on the left under get advice). You should be able to find all the nicely detailed information you need there. :]

If you need further answers just let me know.
