my favorite foods--anyway i could make them healthy.. Please help at all. if you could help, even just a little, itd be really appreciated. Tell me if there is anyway to make these foods healthy & still tasty when i feel like ordering them at restaurants or for take-out on weekends:
-quesidillas (probably didnt spell right)with cheese& chicken
-panini's (grilled sandwiches)
-pasta
-dessert
if i think of anything out, ill add it---

I'm not sure how healthy quesadillas may be, but I know that cheese&chicken are good for you. Grilled sandwiches might be good, but I'm not exactly sure. Pasta is full of carbs, & desserts have lots of calories & sugars. I'm sorry I couldn't be of more help.
