i think i have a problem or something.
its like no matter what i eat, im always hungry ! and i can never stop eating. i will just eat so much that my stomach starts to hurt & i feel like im going to throw up.
its been like this for a few weeks now and i dont know what to do.
i dont want to gain any weight because its bathing suit season, but i just cant seem to stop eating. Like i will eat a meal, and then go snack.
so is there anyway for me to stop eating 24/7?
or what are some really filling foods?

For the physical part, make sure you eat slow and chew every bite a good 30-40 times, and eat slowly. It's physchologically proven that the faster you eat, the more you "get full" faster, when you really don't. Savor every bite and enjoy it overall. Also, when your eating a meal, make a full, big meal for yourself. For breakfast have a big meal such as a bowl of cereal with fruit on top, (or without the fruit, it doesnt matter too much) an 8 oz. glass of juice, a a peice of fruit and maybe a small portion of meat, or subsitute the meat group with eggs. Overall, make a schedule to eat your big meals, and maybe allow yourself one snack a day, but nothing too filling to throw off the cycle. Good luck with the eating habits :] [ ThEDaRkEsTSiDe's advice column | Ask ThEDaRkEsTSiDe A Question ]

Eating all the time kills your metabolism, and causes higher amounts of calories to be stored so if you think becoming a fat ass is worth satisfying your selfish, pathetic hunger cravings then go ahead, you soon to be an embarrassing disgusting tub of lard. Reach for another snack. Feel the hunger pain, the pain of your body's fat being eatn away go away, and it's dead now be getting going stronger by mass. [ JerZ's advice column | Ask JerZ A Question ]
