ASCII art converter

Hi
is there anywhere online, like a website, where you can upload pictures from your computer and they turn them into ASCII art, in color? that is free? or its okay if its not in color. not an HTML converter, and ASCII converter and also, if you need to paste a URL instead of up-loading the picture from your computer, where free online can i get a URL for my pictures?
