cartilidge piercing (please answer todayy)

im 15 and i need a parent to go with me to get my cartilidge pierced but she cant cause shes sick but she wrote a note giving me permission then signed it..do you need anything else other than an signature like a liscense or lisence number? thank you soo much for answering!

No, in most places that's not enough. The parent needs to be present with an ID. Even with a license number, they aren't going to be able to "run" anything to check on it. & if you brought or showed her license without her present, how do they know it's not just any random ID? Moving along - a piercing can't be that important to get right away. Just wait till she's better & have her take you then.

Yeah, the note isn't going to do anything. Just wait until she gets better. Unless you call the place, and they talk to your mom, and you bring the note. Laws are very different in all places.

Laws are different in different places. Call the place you want to go to and ask them what they think you need.They can give you a much better answer than we can. I hope I helped though, If I knew more about where you live and stuff I would have answered better sorry.

I doubt it. If she's sick, wait until she feels better. It's just a piercing, and it's not important. It can wait.

i dont think they will let you, i thnk she has to be there b/c i tried getting my ears peirced with my grandma and they said no because people have sued them for parents not being there. you could try that or get somebody elses parents to be your parents for an hour :]
