You sound like you could be my twin! Worrying is natural and for someone to say "don't worry" is easier said than done! When I worry, I write. It helps me organize my thoughts and release some energy. It also helps me to reflect on what i'm worrying about. Things that are beyond your control, become easier to let go of, there's nothing you can do about it. Usually with worry comes impatience. Try, try, try to get your patience under control also, and you may worry less!

Good Luck!

People are always gonna talk. You can't stop it. If someone doesn't like you, then to hell with them. If someone does, then great. When someone says something negative to you or about you, shrug it off. Don't let it bother you. Live your life to please you, NOT someone else. When you come to terms with that, then you'll stop worrying & things will get better.

Try meditating.Repeat to yourself "I'll be allright".Enjoy life.Listen to music that you like or meditation music. No matter what happens you are sure to be okay in the end because you will become a stronger person and if you think about history and a lot of things ,You'll notice that things just have a way of working out.Try to understand what is making you worry.

Well, I'm not really sure about your age and I don't want to guess, but I can tell you this. For now, just live your life. Don't worry about what's coming tomorrow. Your future path will be clearer as the days go by, don't worry about that.
And I can also tell you this: expect change. People will change, situations will change, almost everything will change. Maybe that's what you're most afraid of at the moment: facing change with no one there to support you and guide you through it.
Also, don't worry about what others think of you. No matter what they tell you, you rock. You don't need others to tell you what you are or what you have to be. That's a decision you make and there's nothing in the world that can stop you from doing that.

=)
Stay strong! Don't worry =)

Kay.
