It helps me organize my thoughts and release some energy. It also helps me to reflect on what i'm worrying about. Things that are beyond your control, become easier to let go of, there's nothing you can do about it. Usually with worry comes impatience. Try, try, try to get your patience under control also, and you may worry less!

When someone says something negative to you or about you, shrug it off. Don't let it bother you. Live your life to please you, NOT someone else. When you come to terms with that, then you'll stop worrying & things will get better. [ christina's advice column | Ask christina A Question ]

Faerie answered Tuesday April 17 2007, 2:39 am: Well, I'm not really sure about your age and I don't want to guess, but I can tell you this. For now, just live your life. Don't worry about what's coming tomorrow. Your future path will be clearer as the days go by, don't worry about that.
And I can also tell you this: expect change. People will change, situations will change, almost everything will change. Maybe that's what you're most afraid of at the moment: facing change with no one there to support you and guide you through it.
Also, don't worry about what others think of you. No matter what they tell you, you rock. You don't need others to tell you what you are or what you have to be. That's a decision you make and there's nothing in the world that can stop you from doing that.
