Drug or just something else
my brother had this little tiny paper bag in his car which is now my car, the little container paper bag, is all different colors and it has like indian? writing printed on it, and all different colors, at first i thought it was a fire work, but i opened it, and it had a whole bunch of rolled sticks, kind of like joints but pretty small, but instead of like white paper there wrapped in like a dry green leaf, and i can feel something inside them, are they joints? or something else? , please only answer if you know what your talking about, or have messed with drugs before?

no they are not Incense or drugs. there pretty much the closest thing to a drug, but there legal - 18 + over. There called Bidis, pronounces BEE-DEES. there pretty much poor man cigerettes. there made in india, they have like 3 times more tar and chemicals in them, and 3 times more the chance or getting cancer. you can find them in small stores, or indian markets

Just so you know, it's definitely not incense. It's pretty likely that it's some drug or another. They sound like it, but i have a few ideas running through my head so i can't tell you which kind for sure. So
1. Take it out of your car ASAP. if the police happened to pull you over and found it, you'd be in a lot of trouble.
and
2. Confront your brother. I'm not saying that you should be like, "I know you have drugs in my car." Maybe act really naive and innocent and be like, "Hey matt, what are these?" If he says theyre not drugs and seems like he's lying, they probably are. If he insists that theyre not, then you could say, "alright, then can I have one?" if he says no, ask where he got them so you can go get some. if he seems like he's hesitating, then theyre definitely drugs.

I can't tell you what exactly he has in this paper bag, but I can tell you that there are cigars wrapped in dried tobacco leaves. They are green.

sounds like incense to me. people usually dont keep weed in paper bags all rolled up cause it will dry out too quickly.
