hey im new on this i just wanted to no how to like add a background and stuff

Where you see the "Welcome, [your username here]!" go down to Column Settings, and choose some colors. You can also pick your "layout" for the site here. Like how it'll look & whatever.
For backgrounds the site already has that you may use, go here:

To add a background its pretty simple. On the side bar, go under "WELCOME ADVICENATORNAME" & there should be a link called Column Settings. After that, there should be blank spots to put all kinds of information. One of them says Page Background Image [URL]. There you can put whatever background you like. If you have a background you already want to use, upload it at either of these sites-

If you don't have one, find one on google [or those sites] & save it & then upload it.
You can also fill in whatever else you want. You can go to the Profile Settings option also located under Column Settings on the left bar.

First of all- welcome to the site! its a great place. to add a backround, go to the righthand side and click on colum settings. you can pick your template. you can make different ones but you have to pay 10 dollars a year. To put a picture, save it on your computer, and open it up from there. Everything can be found in the FAQ section located at the bottom right of this page.
