Im 5'1 and i weigh 108. im really skinny and known as skinny. but i see fat on my stomich. i do pushups and situps everynight but i need this fat off my stomich! i eat really bad also. i eat wtvr i want wenever! i no this is bad! wat kind of diet should i go on? i dont wanna become anerxic but i wanna loose this fat! any fitness/exercise ideas?

I have a friend that is like you.
She's so tiny but she has the little 'pouch' on her stomach (which noone even notices but her.)
And she tried doing situps, and running, and everything she could possibly do, but it wouldn't go away.

It wouldn't go away because that is how her body is built. It's not fat, it's just her shape and I'm gonna take a wild guess and say that's how you are too. You are really skinny so obviously it can't be fat. Mistaking skin for fat is common when you pinch your stomach too.

If it's not really noticable then I'd say ignore and embrace and love your body for what it is. Some girls are born with bodies that are always going to be overweight so don't take it for granted.

If this wasn't what you were looking for, then sorry. The best thing to do if you're still not convinced is go online and look for a healthy diet or get one out of a magazine like seventeen. Also continue doing situps everynight.

You are in the normal range on the BMI calculator, you do not actually *need* to lose any weight. I know how you feel because I have fat in certain areas I really would like to get rid of, but I do a healthy amount of excercise (don't eat so great but try) and I am in the normal range. You should consider yourself lucky that you can eat what you want and not have to suffer the consequences like others! But if you want to try and keep up a healthier lifestyle, try sticking to eating 3 main meals a day, and no snacks (or healthy snacks like fruit, carrot sticks etc) inbetween. Also the reccomended excersise is 30 mins a day, but you can supplement this - one hour every two days etc. Find a sport you enjoy and can get a good run around from and keep at it :)

I think you're getting an eating disorder. You know you're skinny, but all you see is fat when you look at yourself.

You should try getting one of those big excersise balls and then you put your legs up on it and pull your stomach in it definetly helped me loose my fat, but before i did that i definetly had the same eating problem as you! I uset to eat because i had nothing to do just try to eat healthier snacks and things that have low fat it is ok to splurge every once and a while, but i would probably cut down on the food first and then start on the excersising and remember after you excersise DO NOT GO AND EAT TONS OF FOOD!!!! Unless it is one healthy snack and i also heard that you are not supposed to eat that much after 7pm it is not good for you
