You're the one who posted the "GOOD FRIEND BAD FRIEND" question too, huh? =) Could tell from the word 'accadent'. I look too much, heh.

Anyway, back to my answer. Hon, I've been dumped by friends too and to this date, I have no one. It's hard but I learned a great lesson: don't count on popularity to show you the way. I wasn't popular or anything. We were only 9 students in the class and the most popular bitch was the one who was a loner and ignored all the time.

Now I'm fine doing my thing and getting things done my way. Don't let the saying "it's not what you know, it's who you know" guide your way. You can shine and glow in the dark for all I care in your own way, without asking for a spotlight. What if your new friends aren't popular? That's even better, in my opinion. It will bring out the real you in front of them and make them see that you're not like every other girl out there.

And how to get those thoughts out of your head? I'm not sure. It's been 5 years for me and I - sadly - still think about it. But you've friends now. Great friends. I think they will help with your 'recovery' and before you know it, you'll be all fine. You won't even remember why it was troubling you so much. They'll be a sentence or so in the book of your life.

Your conscience is clean and if they're not willing to accept that, then fine. You've done your job, move on, rock on and live your life with your new friends.

No one can let you down because no one knows how to. It's all in our brains.

Best of luck hon,
Kay.

Who cares if your new friends aren't as popular? Popular kids tend to backstab more when the less popular kids don't. And popularity isn't everything. Besides, you should be happy. You've got amazing friends who treat you great. That's all you need. Forget about your old friends. They're old for a reason.

Just try to forget about your old friends and to tell you the truth they don't even sound like real friends to me they sound horrible! But stick with your new, greater and real, true friends and try to forget about the old ones cause if they can't forgive you over an accident WHO NEEDS THEM!
