uhm,clothes.
Well, heres the thing. I love a lot of different stores, but in my school its like, preps=hollister, emo= hot topic. sad,but true. i HATE it. i love both of those stores,but it seems like you cant be more than one! and, i know im going to wear them together,but can someone give me an example of an outfit? thanks ;;]

well i used to have the same problem. i like all kinds of clothes!! what i do, is pair some hollister or abercrombie jeans with a cute hot topic shirt. some of the shirts there i realized are actually kinda cool, just not all goth. you could try that. hope i helped!!

you can mix & match all you want! + it's not cool to wear ALL HOLLISTER & ABERCROMBIE in the same outfit. like not pants & shirt. wear, like tina said, american eagle or urban outfitters, wet seal, anthropologie.. it's not about the brand, it's about how you make it look good.
like, you can buy a $2 white tank top from kohls & wear a sweatshirt, sweatpants, old sneakers, and your hair up. OR you could wear that SAME tank top with your hair down, cute jeans, ballet flats & a bunch of cute necklaces. which sounds more appealing? so it's REALLY not about the brand of clothes.

so buy what you want, wear what you feel like, & don't worry about the BRAND of clothing. like, i guarantee that if you asked someone where that lace skirt came from, hollister or hottopic, they'd say hollister. nobody knows!

I think every school is like that. Get some jeans from maybe American Eagle or something, and get a band tee or something else from Hot Topic. Or get maybe like a striped shirt from American Eagle & get some skinny jeans from Hot Topic with flats.
I shop wherever & then put it all together. Nobody has to know where you shop, and besides, they're probably gonna think it's cute. Shop where you want & don't worry about labels. You're not a soupcan, so wear what you like. =)

Welcome to my life. Try wearing a polo, with skinny jeans,and flats. Put your hair down, and put a ribbon bow. Or, try a tanktop from hollister, a pair of converses, or sneakers, and skinny jeans also.
