okay so im 14 i weigh 108 and im a lil over 5 foot.
i know that im not fat.
i have ab muscles but there is just a little bit of fat covering it.
do i need to run off the fat?
or just keep doing ab excersises [pilates, sit ups, etc] .
im afraid if im trying to run it off im going to loose my boobs :] haha.

I used to have the same problem, but dont worry-you won't lose your boobs...lol. I just danced a lot and that made my abs show a little more, and lose some of that extra weight. so dancing works REALLY good. but if you dont want to dance, then yeah, sit-ups will work. hope i helped!!

Well, heres the thing. I love a lot of different stores, but in my school its like, preps=hollister, emo= hot topic. sad,but true. i HATE it. i love both of those stores,but it seems like you cant be more than one! and, i know im going to wear them together,but can someone give me an example of an outfit? thanks ;;] (link)

well i used to have the same problem. i like all kinds of clothes!! what i do, is pair some hollister or abercrombie jeans with a cute hot topic shirt. some of the shirts there i realized are actually kinda cool, just not all goth. you could try that. hope i helped!!

I have come to the point where I cant write, concentrate, derive pleasure from anything, have difficulty remembering things, have blurred vision, eyes seriously hurt, sometimes have severe headaches, most of the time dont know what I am talking especially with my elder brother. I have nt got father and mother I live my elder brother and his wife since 6 years. I am 26/M an MBA had a successful career but now since six months things have been deteriorating. I cant bear it any more. Plz tell me the easiest way to commit suicide which hurts less and is quick and doesnt make much of a mess. (link)

Commiting suicide is wrong. I have had friends who have been in your position and I will tell you now DO NOT DO IT!! If the case is that you think no one loves you, you are most likely wrong. I don't know you, but I can tell you that God loves you. He took the time to create you, listen to you, care about you, and if you commit suicide, then you will go straight to hell. So even if you think life is not worth staying alive, you're wrong. People make mistakes, people can start over, and people can be forgiven. Obviously (and I don't want to sound rude about this) you have a mental problem. Something is tearing you apart, and you have no control of it. From the bottom of my heart-I am so sorry. But please do not kill yourself!! I dont have any more reasons-but SUICIDE is wrong.

so basically. im 15/f. well my mom is putting me on birth control because my period is wayyy irregular and because she thinks ima have sexx and get pregnant. Thank you!! I think you just answered one of my questions!! Haha. You MUST gain weight to the boobs if you start birth control. My friend started birth control a while back, and she also grew a cup size in like, 2 months!! I never really thought it was from the birth control though!! I figured since she was having sex with her boyfriend (that's why she got the birth control) and her boobs started getting bigger, then I thought she was pregnant. Haha. Anyway, so Yeah I suppose you do get bigger boobs from birth control!!

Ok my hair (not incuding the one on my head) grows really fast!
Like when I wear my roll on anti persperant (Certain Dri) my arm pit's really itchy because every night hair always grow from there.
And at my age my moustache's really showing so I got it waxed and like in a week it grew back! And there's hair everywhere on my face that you can really see like on my nose and cheeks and chin and I'm a girl! I can't wax all the time because it really hurts. what can I do? (link)

I almost have the same problem!! For the mustache thing, go to wal mart or a beauty store and get a bleaching kit. You just have to mix a couple things together and then leave it on the spot you need it just for a few minutes, then it will be almost invisible for at least a month!! As for the armpit thing, I wouldn't bleach. lol. Just shave every morning. Hope I helped!!

well you will never know if he likes you unless you just go for it. dont dance around the subject, plus guys like confidence. just be like, "hey david? what are you doing this weekend?" and if he doesnt have plans, just be like, "well do you wanna hang out on saturday?" its as simple as that-you just have to be confident.

My friend lies about EVERYTHING and do I mean everything. Most of it is just stupid! When I told her I got my first period, (about a year or 2 ago) she told me that she got hers 3 months before that & so did her other friend, Anna. Well it turns out that Anna didn't get it for the first time until December of this year. She lied about her parents getting divorced and moving to another town to get attention about 8 months ago. I know it wasn't true because my mom talked to her mom and said it wasn't, and I drove by her house the day after she said the for sale sign was up, and nothing was there. It's so annoying! She even lies about having a threapist for emotional problems! It's almost as if she wants people to think she's crazy! I don't believe anything she says, and I don't trust her at all. It's really hard to talk to her because we've been friends since kindergarten, but I can't stand all the lies! (link)

punk-- upbeat rock/pop, style is usually like converse, vans, jeans, dc, etc.
goth-- wears black everything!! some worship the devil (which is completely stupid and lame!!), but some dont.
emo--emotional, stuff like p! atd, etc.
indie--not sure.!!

i need advice on moving back with my mom.. i cant take this anymore.. i need answers from people with ideas of excaping my parents ..im not trying to say anything bad.. but i am really depressed unless im with my mom again!!!!! i know this sounds kind of bad because i want to get rid of these people in my life.. but let me explain:

Ok well to start off im what you call a prep. I wear abercrombie & fitch hollister aeropastale american eagle & sometimes shop at pac sun & shop at buncha other stores with preppy brands. But my question is what are some good brand of shoes that are nice & that preps usually wear ? & That are black ? Because I just got white nikes & I was gonna get black ones to but my mom told me to get another brand. But the problem is I dont know what brand I should get. I want a preppy type brand. Cause I use to wear the skater shoes like dc & etnies (SP). But now I just want to dress all preppy. Instead of wearing the skater shoes. So what are some good brands & nice shoes that are black ?? 14/f. okay well i'm getting my hair cut tomorrow night and i was thinking of getting bangs. well i already got bangs, but they are kinda long and you can't really thell that i have them when i straighten my hair. here is my picture:

i had the same exact problem!! and i had ashley tisdale or lindsay lohan in mind when i got my hair cut. i just explained to my hair dresser -which preferebly you need a young hair stylist, or someone who does hair for teen's frequently-anyways i told her that my problem about not being able to see my bangs, and then i explained what i wanted them to look like. she just cut the bangs back further!! have a 1-inch long piece in the middle of your forehead, then just keep slanting it (with a razor) until you last piece is a few inches long. itll look really cute!!

ok. this past year i got really dark circles under my eyes. i never had them before. and i know i didnt get them from heredity because noone else in my family has them. i have no allergies so it wasnt caused by that. and i get plenty of sleep. i get somewhere between 8-12 hours at the most. i have used cover up and you can still see them.
and that old thing where you freeze two spoons put them over your eyes... didnt really work for me...
i just dont know how to get rid of them.
and i want to either get rid of them or like just lighten them up.
i have tried alot. im trying to see if i can get rid of them without purchasing any lotion or creme.
so basically im asking how do i do that?? how do i get rid of the circles?
and like the guy i like sorta likes me. i think. but he wont go out with me because of my eyes. he thinks that i look like im on drugs.
and your probably gonna say oo then hes not worth it. you shouldnt go by looks. but most guys by me do go for the looks. so i have to look good to get someone where i am. and i dont mind. i just need to get rid of the bags!!!

i have the same problem!! just eat really healthy, get plenty of sleep, drink lots of water, stay active, and if that doesnt work, Arbonne eye cream works really good!!

Well, think about something big in your life that has happened, or that you appreciate. something where people can understand you. not the same old crap. i write songs too. then, study the form of a song--like where the verses, chorus, bridge, everything usually goes in a song. then, just start writing, from the beging of the story to the end, thinking of a tune along the way!!
