Fingered.

A lot of women find it hard to orgasm sometimes, and it's deffinitely normal if you don't (but great if you do) Pretty much everyone has that stained area. Nothing to be embarrased about. You won't see it on models or porn stars because a lot of them get a bleaching treatment to get rid of that.

It's fine if you don't orgasm from it. Not everyone orgasms each time they have sex, masturbate or are fingered. The key to enjoying this is to actually talk to him about what you would like before and during.
Make sure he doesn't claw his way around and knows what he is doing. As far as the dark rim goes it's normal, a lot of other people have it and it will be the last thing on his mind. Tissue/skin around that area and or the gentials is prone to discoloration like that. It's no big deal and will be the farthest thing from his mind trust me.
All he'll worry about is whether he's doing things right and you're happy with what he's doing. He like most guys his age are just happy to even have a girl let him touch or see that area of their bodies period.
