if the user was banned then all their anwsers would be deleted.when they get unbanned all their anwsers to your questions will be undeleted if that makes sence to you.you will get the anwsers back when they are unbanned.hope i helped,xxaoifexxx

The user was banned. When a user is banned, all their answers disappear until their ban is over.
It will return when they are unbanned.
Sorry, but it is a safety measure to keep people from writing nasty things all over the place.

You can't. I'm sure the moderators had a good reason for deleting it(or you closed the window too soon, or it had chatspeak and you didn't notice). Forget it and move on.
