Making OUt
Does everyone always suck the first time you make out? And can you tell that it's someone's first time makeing out? (like if someone who hadnt made out before, made out with someone who had)

No, some people are just better at it than others. So you can't always tell, it depends. Also some people have different techniques.

yeah, ladyh answered it pretty well.
basically, in my opinion, you would be able to tell if it was someone's first time making out if one person had made out before. i've never made out with anyone that hadn't already been made out with, but i know that i was pretty bad before i started. i got quickly better though. it just takes a tiiiiny bit of practice.

Not necessarily. I know that in the past, I could tell SOMEONE didn't have much experience (not in a bad way). But the next night, he got the hang of it & turned out to be the best kisser I've ever known. You may get the hang out of it within 2 minutes of your make out session. Or you it may take a few days or few weeks to get used to your partner's kissing style. Everyone kisses differently, so you can't really pass judgements the first time you make out with someone new. They may notice, they may not. But it usually comes natural, so it's nothing to worry about. :)
