also how bad is diet soda for you? because i drink one almost everyday and i want to know how bad it is for me and if i should stop.
thanks!

Aspertame which is the major ingredient in diet soda has had some ugly stuff happen in lab testing. Further aspertame engages your appetite making you hungry.also diet soda has a lot of sodium in it which causes you to retain water which can bloat you to solve this problem Drink water. second if your doing a hundred crunches a day and not seeing result your not doing them correctly. also, your age may also affect fat placement. you'll find in the next two years your fat deposits may shift giving you those washboard abs of your dreams. But if you think you should lose some weight or that fat, then yes, you should cut down on the diet soda. But you don't have to give it up completely. It definitely makes a difference, I know my aunt used to drink 2 cans of diet Coke every day and when she stopped she lost 10 pounds. So if you want to lose the fat on your stomach you should cut down on diet soda. [ realgirlrealworld's advice column | Ask realgirlrealworld A Question ]

orphans answered Monday April 9 2007, 8:34 pm: hey
just keep doiong it. what you're donig is absolutely perfect! just keep doing that for a couple more weeks. you have a pooch, right? you say right under your belly button? what you can do is the "twisting crunch"
diet soda: don't drink it. it's better to drink regular soda every two days than diet soda everyday. diet soda actually makes you gain weight. regular soda is much, much better for you & tastes better. do it in moderation. it's like this: would you rather have one chocolate every ten days or ten fat-free [ gross ] chocolates everday? turn-n-burn answered Monday April 9 2007, 8:32 pm: Well I am not sure how to get rid of those thing I call them love handles I have had those since I was a teen, anyways pop is not good for you I would cut back instead drink juice or water or like flavored water, but with your crunches do you do side ones and strattle ones thats what I have my girls do that I do gymnastics for there are alot more ways to do crunches then in straight form you might look on google the different ways to do them because I dont really come up with a way to explain them while not showing them.
