I kinda self conscious about my penis...not because of size...because of it not being circumcized. is there a doctor i can go to without my parents to get circumcized? lol it sounds funny but immagine asking your parents to take you!

I wouldn't worry at all over it. The only reason people might tease you is because they are ignorant and haven't encountered someone who is not circumcised yet.
The proceedure is rarely done on teens or adults because there are more complications involved. However, if you really are considering it you need a family doctor to refer you to a urologst.
The urologist is the person who will perform the operation and determine if it's right for you to even undergo it. The best thing to do even though you feel embarassed is to talk to your father about it and tell him how you feel.
You can talk to your family doctor alone about this but once he refers you to a urologist you need your family to give consent because of your age etc. There's no way of getting around that.
Also, this proceedure is no longer covered from what I know by any health care plan and you'll have to pay upwards in some cases of $300 to have it done and it's very painful, unnessacary, and only for cosmetic or religious reasons these days unless it hurts to try and retract the foreskin.
