a lot of the jeans that i own will fit and be tight when i first put them on, but as the day goes on they get all stretched out and it is so annoying. sometimes they get so stretched out that they get all baggy in but and are so big in the waist. i know it is normal for jeans to stretch a little, but does anybody know anything i can do to prevent them from stretching soo much to the point that they are too big? thanks!

Then, by the end of the first day you wear them, theyre huge. And yeah, after you get them outta the dryer they fit good, then the same thing happens.
But, obviously, you already know that. So, here's what you do: buy a smaller size. They'll feel tight when you first put them on but after like half an hour, they'll fit right. Also, if you get the smaller size, wash them but don't put them in the dryer. Let them hang dry over your bathtub or something. That way, they'll always fit right (won't be super tight right when you put them on).

And if that doesn't work, take them to a tailor & they can fix the problem for you. =) [ christina's advice column | Ask christina A Question ]
