As I once heard about Belly Dancing from someone coming out of the class,"This dance made me realize I had muscles I didn't even know I had."
Belly Dancing is a great way to work out, to make friends, and to have fun. Plus, it's a very beautiful dance. I love the art of Belly Dancing.
MissAnonymous answered Thursday April 5 2007, 11:04 am: It is a good way to shrink. Dancing is an excersise (my favorite one). Most people believe belly dancers are sluts though. Even though you might be called a slut, it is a great oppurtunity.
