I am only 5'0 and I'm 13. I wear a 32 DD! Boys at my school tell me things about my boobs, and it kind of makes me happy. I would just like for them to start touching them. What can I do to draw even MORE attention or ask them if they want to touch them, but not be like " hey you wanna touch my boobs? Geez, where were you when I was 13? In all seriousness though, if you really want more attention, start showing some cleavage. But I dont think guys are gonna touch your boobs unless you let them know its ok with you. So you just might have to come out and let them know its fine with you. Odds are though that after a little bit you are gonna be sick of all the attention. You'll get guys that wanna be with you just cuz of your boobs and not your personality.

That's ridiculous. You need to find something else about yourself that's appealing other than your breasts. You're 13 years old...you should have more important things to be worried about than people touching your boobs. Personally if I was 5' with a 32 DD I'd be more focused on my back problems and never finding a shirt that would fit than how I could get a guy to touch my tit.
