You usually know you've orgasmed during sex when you cum/come or "get off." You get this very pleasureable feeling for a few seconds near your legs and vagina. It's hard to explain because different people expierence it different ways, but that's the general idea.

Hope I helped. :)

If you don't know if you've had one, you probably haven't ever experienced one.
Women are lucky to orgasm through sex alone.
but you just know when it happens when you get that feeling of a build up and then it releases, leaving you with a very pleasurable feeling as the muscles in the vagina etc contract.

If you don't cum, you probably didn't orgasm. But most people don't; so it's not anything to worry about.
