this isnt really answering youre questions

but im pretty sure vs has youre size

also if you wear a padded bra

try to get a couple and wear one everyday

for the reason people will think you stuff
and there are going to be rumors

but that doesnt really matter

Both Walmart and Target have good bras! But personally I'd go with Target. They have a much bigger selection of different styles and sizes. hope i helped!

Target and Wal-Mart bras are both really affordable, so either store would be a good place to go. I like the selection at Target moreso than Wal-Mart and I also like the fact that they carry better brands (in my mind). Victoria's Secret has AMAZING bras, but you'll also pay about $40 per bra, as opposed to the $15 or 20 that you would pay at Target or Wal-Mart. For right now, I would reccomend that you steer away from Victoria's Secret because of the cost. If you're still growing, you'll be throwing money down the drain when the bras don't fit in a few months.

Walmart!
I love the padded bras. They are comfortable and they are really cute.

I don't think Victoria carries that size. It's A 32 and up. But maybe you can try out that size?

For quality, walmart. I bought two bras from Target, but the underwire ended up coming out, so definitely Wal*Mart. I still have most of my bras from them that I've had for years. =)
