Hmmm. I grew 4 inches one summer, and grow about 2 inches each summer, so i have tons of advice about your growth spurts :). Ok, so. Your bones, and muscles will most likely ache. Sleeping could do with it a bit. You deffinitly need to start eating, because, your body needs energy for you to grow. Its good that your sleeping a lot, it gives your body rest. You'll pretty much act normal, its not like getting your period or anything, your body is just changing. Oh, and you might go up a shoe size.Hope I helped! Happy Spring!

I grew 5" in high school. I remember having times where my legs hurt, it kind of felt like how over-taxed muscles feel, even though I know I didn't over work them. It's called growing pains, but I can't honestly say that everyone experiences them.

I've never heard of someone grow because of sleeping habits. I've heard of growing because of eating healthy.

You usually grow throughout puberty, so you're still in puberty. Completely normal.
