how do i show my boyfriend that i really care about him, like if we're talking what can i do or say that lets him know that he means alot to me?

Lending a ear when they wish to speak, a shoulder to cry on, offering them assistance when you see that they need help, hold them close, cook something special, lots of affirmation by smiling at them to show them your approval when they do something nice for you.
Bake him cookies (or his favorite food) every now & then. All guys love food!

Well first of all if he is talking look into his eyes and stay attentive to what he is saying and he will know that you appreciate his thoughts because your showing your attentiveness.you can also expressed your feelings toward him, verbally or physically by holding him. hope i answered your question good.
