bullemia if you only make yourself throw up like 3-4 times a week, and you dont over eat before you make yourself throw up, are you still considered to have bullemia?

well, technically, if you follow the exact definition of bulemia, you're not bulimic because you don't do binge eating and you don't purge too often. however, it's not really important what it is and isn't called, because this is still dangerous since it could escalate to bulimia nervosa and it's bad for your health either way. it sounds like you're at a stage where it wouldn't be too hard to stop, so please please please, do yourself a huge favor and stop now. ]
as someone who has suffered with bulimia you are still bulimic...sure you think that your not doing any harm now by only forcing yourself to throw up 3-4 times a week...but you'll soon find an addiction and throw up once a day, twice a day, and have everything escalate until your vomiting 30-40 times a week...I got to the point where I couldn't keep ANYTHING down at all...I don't want you to get there...please get help for your problem now before it gets worse...there are some serious health risks for bulimia including death if your not careful! Get help while you still can!!! ]
YES thats considered still having bullemia because your making urself throw up and i hope you stop that becaus your perfect the way you are and if ppl are sayin stuff to you then dont listen because your fine. YES AND URGE YOU IF YOU DO MAKE YOURSELF THROW UP STOP many people suffer from bullemia its a disease that you cant get rid of easily its almost as addicting as drugs u ruin your body and if you throw up enough you throw up your insides it causes more damage than you know so i urge if you do get help! it'll ruin your life ]
If you make yourself throw up at all because of your weight or another self concious problem, then I'd assume you'd have some type of eating disorder, but not particularly bullemia. Basically it looks like you are only throwing up a small amount of times, (although I suggest you try to stop), and you've eliminated the binge part and skipped straight to purge.
If you stop doing it for approx. 21 days, it is said that you wont do it anymore, it breaks a habit, Its just what I ve heard.
If you think that the situation escalates at all, contact someone, a parent, doctor, teacher, ect.
Just dont let things get really out of hand.
