yepp its discharge, all girls get it eventually! im assuming you havent had your period yet, because you tend to get it first.
if you have, then maybe youve never noticed it before, haha
if you havent, youll (most likely) get it in 6 months time, but it can be as long as 2 years, as short as 2 months...

yep...perfectly normal...it's just discharge...you normally get it when your about to get your period...just wear a pantyliner so it doesn't get all on your underwear.
