When you sweat, yeah your losing weight, because water is leaving your body, but, once you drink that bottle of water, its back. (: you probably gained weight, because of winter, and usually, in the winter people wear like sweat shirts, sweaters, stuff that doesn't really make your body too noticable, and now that its summer, and your wearing tighter clothes, shorts and such, you notice. just go outside, be active, and try to cut out junk food. and you'll be fine. (:

Your weight's fine, unless you're two feet tall :) It's perfectly normal for you to be gaining weight at this age. If you haven't already, you're probably getting taller and/or "filling out".

Tanning often makes you appear slimmer. But please- do it safely. Sunscreen (reapply it often if you're swimming/sweating) and limit tanning beds as much as possible.

:)

hey, well sweating does make you lose calories from time to time, but believe me nothing major. you will probably lose 5-10 calories, that`s it. if you want to message me your height, i can tell you how much you should loose to reach the perfect weight for your height. my doctor told me this good chart thing.
