when you go tanning do you lose calories when you sweat? hah its a weird question but just wondering. okay so i use to weigh 113 and now i weigh 128 and i just suddenly gained weight! i'm only 14 so why is this happening!? will it go away! what do i dooo!
LM answered Tuesday March 20 2007, 5:12 pm: Your weight's fine, unless you're two feet tall :) It's perfectly normal for you to be gaining weight at this age. If you haven't already, you're probably getting taller and/or "filling out".
Tanning often makes you appear slimmer. But please- do it safely. Sunscreen (reapply it often if you're swimming/sweating) and limit tanning beds as much as possible.
