weight troubles

ok i am 14 year old and i am over weight! i wanna know how can i lose weight very quickly. i know that diet and exercise is the best way but i want something faster. are there any pills that i can get from the store or what?? i need help because i really want to lose weight but i want it to be done fast!!!

The faster you lose weight, the more excess skin you'll have.

Slow and steady is better. I totally understand wanting to lose it quickly. But honestly, the best way to do it is through exercise and better eating habits--ones you can sustain. Walk or take up a sport or jog or juggle--something to get you moving. Snack on fruits and veggies and eat whole grains rather than refined (white) grains--they're healthier and more filling. Stick to lean meats. Enjoy your body. If you can learn to really be grateful for what it can do for you, it makes it easier to take care of it. You can walk, you can scratch an itch without thinking about it. You can talk and smile and breathe and your body does it automatically. It's an incredible machine.

Try to respect yourself, and your body will respond. Feed it with good foods, exercise it, and accept it. You'll be happier and healthier.

Pills only make it worse and especially diet plans. This gets the weight off but you will gain it back the second you eat. Starvation makes you gain even more weight. The best thing is go bike riding for 20 minutes a day. The fat cells will go to the muscles cells in the other parts of your body and those muscle cells will turn your fat cells into muscle cells also. It is the fasteest and most efficient way to keep the weight off and lose it fast.

Well you want to lose weight quickly, but I'm afraid it can't happen overnight as much as other people want it to. Those pills that you see on t.v. and in the stores, they're not for you especially for a girl your age, you're only 14, and those pills you don't know what kind of side effects they have on your body, you wouldn't want to mess that up. The only way to lose weight is exercising regulary, try 30 min. a day, do an exercise that you like to do. Like riding a bike with a friend, you won't really think of it as exercise, if you go with a friend. Go jogging/running listen to music you like with it. Take an mp3,cd with you. OR put a cd in and listen to something that's up-beat that gets you pumping while you excercise that's what I do. And eat healthier foods, you don't necessarily have to look at the labels, but you can stay away from those tempting things you put on your food like, butter, salt. Cut those things out,eat vegetables,fruits. That's the key to losing weight, and staying healthy. And I know it's not like you've never heard this all before, but that's what is best for you, and this is what you can do. Hope this helps.

Aha! I'm not the only one. Key thing here, diet and excercise only work if you want it to. If you're doing to for someone else [like a girl/boy] then your mind is focused on what he/she wants. If you want it for yourself, to feel better [and look better] then it could possibly work. My "easy" way? Breathing. There's a certain program called "Oxycise", and all it is is stretching and breathing, but breathing in a certain way: the correct way. Chances are, if you are overweight, you're not breathing correctly. If you buy the video [oxycise] it will explain EVERYTHING. I lost about 4 inches off my tummy and like 2 inches off my thighs. It really is a charm, and it only takes 15 minutes. And on top of that, diet and excercise regularly. THIS IS GUARENTEED WEIGHT LOSS. I've done it. It's awesome. And you feel good afterwards too!
