i lost my virginity to my boyfriend last night.
i have been on birth control for 3 months now but i took yesterday's pill a lot later than i ususally do, and it was a little before we had sex so i am not sure if it had time to kick in.
we were having a little difficulty with the condom so we didn't use it and he accidently cummed in me.

It would be able to tell you positively until two week later, I believe, but it could work sooner. [ geegollyHOLLY's advice column | Ask geegollyHOLLY A Question ]

Even though your chances are small, I still suggest going to get the morning after pill @ Planned Parenthood. It's effective up to 72 hours after sex - the sooner you get it, the better. It's better to be safe than sorry! In the future, be sure to take your pill everyday @ the same hour & always wear a condom incase one form of protection fails. That way your chances of becoming pregnant are almost impossible & you shouldn't have to worry. [ LadyH's advice column | Ask LadyH A Question ]
phatdopelove answered Sunday March 18 2007, 6:50 pm: If you use birth control within the 72 hrs. you've had sex then you're fine, or even before you've had sex.You say you didn't use a condom cause yall had difficulty using one? Birth control isn't 100% effective and, there is a possiblity you could get pregnant. Take a pregnancy test, you could go to a drugstore and get one. Hope this helps.
