ok so can anyone update me on what's been happening in the last couple of episodes of House because i've missed the last 2 or 3

I've been watching so many re-runs and DVDs... haha.
Okay, basically, House faked having brain cancer because he wanted "a really cool drug" injected into his brain. He was consulting with doctors from Boston. Cameron, Chase, Foreman, everyone thought he was dying. And they were EXTREMELY pissed when they found out he wasn't.
IMDB.com has great episode reviews, especially if you want to know cast members and such.

Oh yeah, and a lot of those clips in that video are old. So if you haven't seen those episodes, you're really missing out!
EDIT: Yes, you can get them anywhere you usually find boxed sets of TV shows. Right now the first two are out. You get blooper reels and behind the scenes stuff too.
Oh yeah, and the last episode that was on (which I completely forgot about before) had Dave Matthews in it. He played a savant who was brain damaged at age twelve. The guy played piano and raised money for a cure. Naturally, House loved him (because of the piano playing) and cured him by taking out half his brain- pretty intense stuff. He lost the ability to play piano, but he could function as a human again, button his own shirt, etc.
Oh yeah. And Dr. Foreman broke up with Nurse Nancy because he has a fear of commitment.
