ok i have a realllly close friend, but the prob is that she lies a lot and i just dont like that. i dont want to like turn in to her by hanging out with her a lot you know?? but she lies to her parents a lot and friends too. i dont know why. please help... What should I D O !!!???? thanks you1

She's what you can call a compulsive liar. That means that, that person just lies because she is probably, more likely, just simply bored with herself and has to lie to make her life seem exciting. She has low-self esteem,& you only can get influenced to her is if YOU choose to. Just avoid her,don't surround yourself around those kinds of people, you need to hang around with people who can support you when you need help.
If she's like that, more than likely she won't be there for you. Try avoiding her, and if that don't work just simply try talking to her less, cut her off short,(it's kinda rude though) or best just keep by it, going in the halls and just saying hey, and that's it. Keep your convos short with her, you don't have to tell her much. You deserve a better friend than that. Hope this helps, sorry so long.

Well, first of all, if she`s your real friend, she will understand when you tell her that it bothers you. Also, it depends on WHAT she lies about. If it`s bad things, then you should either HELP to fix her, or stop hanging out with her. You can CONTROL what you do, right? If you don`t want to be like someone, then don`t! If the lies don`t involve you then don`t worry, but if she drags you into her lies, dump her. Friends should always be truthful to each other, and will you every know when she`s telling you the truth?
