Wait a little while between using them, or if you're using plastic applicator tampons, you can wet the plastic and that can help them glide in better.

And Toxic Shock Syndrome is a very rare but serious disease. Don't get freaked out by it, because as long as you change your tampons reguarly and you don't use them when you're not on your period, then you should be fine.

Mm,

Never, ever.
where a tampon when your dry,
you can get something called toxic shock.

I've gotten it.
it hurts so bad.

N` it can kill.

So when you dry,
where a pad.
If you REALLY wet.
were a tamp.

try leaving it in a lil longer so its more wet and slides out a lil easer. thats all i can think of =] if it hurts when takeing it out then it is too dry so leave it in for another hour or two (depends on how heavy the flow is) but then it will we more wet to slip out easer.

hey

you probably have a really light period and that's why it hurts (and yeah, because it's dry). use the tampon that says "light" or "super light period" or something like that. usually, they are thinner and don't hurt when inserting them.

besides that, you might consider using pads if your period is on it's last day. that way, you can easily find out if it's over or not just by looking at your pad. and you won't waste tampons when they can be used for emergency purposes (like in school).

Use something that will help it glide better that wont effect you in a bad way. Like use vasaline to make it easier.=]

Hope I helped

Hm, try sliding it in slower? or maybe in a different spot. This is weird, but my friend said she used to wet the tip of the tampon before sliding it in, so you could always try that.
