sick

Question Posted Wednesday March 14 2007, 6:17 pm

Is there any natural ways I can get better with stuff in my house?
I'm not sick but I got this nasty feeling in my throat which I get before I'm sick so I'm trying to prevent it.
I coughed once in a while (it's only my mouth and throat, nothing else) because it feels liek something's stuck in my throat so I thought if I washed it away I would feel better so I drank different juices and water but all it did was make me pee three times more then usual.

chamomile tea. it fixes all throat problems real well. and yes like others have said vitamins, humidifiers. also breathing through your nose, helps prevent that feeling like somthings in your throat, and blow your nose, dont like breathe it in and swallow it. (like you know when you have mucus at the very back of your nose, like way inside near your throat, and you can sort of snort it in and itll go down your throat. often the feeling thats somethings stuck in your throat is because of that mucus from your nose.) so blow your nose twice a day, once in the morning and once at night, even if it feels like you dont have to.

hope i helped! (and didnt gross you out haha)

It sounds like you have what I had a few days ago...
Right now I'm sick at home missing out on school.
There's not much you can do, maybe take some vitamins? If you have any mouthwash gargle it and try to get it as deep in your throat as you can without swallowing it. That will kill germs in your throat and hopefully make it feel a bit better.

Just dust your house more and use air freshener. I get the same thing and those help. Candles always help me but that's just me I'm into mental wellness and that sort of crap. Hope I helped. BYe.

you could a humidifier in your room and turn it on at night. that may help a little with irritated troat. and DO NOT DRINK JUICES WHEN YOU HAVE A SORE THROAT. hahha. that will irritate it more if nothing.

hope i helped a little?
