I love to read, and I think these have been the best books for me so far:

- Breathing Underwater.
- Sweet Blood.
- Ttyl.
- I'd Tell You I Love You, But Then I'd Have To Kill You.
- Night.
- Walk Two Moons.
- Keeping You A Secret.

Night, Keeping You A Secret, & Breathing Underwater would be my most recommended. Night is a little boring, but it gets really good, so if you get bored, keep reading. Don't put the book down. Keeping You A Secret was pretty good because it was about sexuality and how a girl finds herself, and her individuality. And Breathing Underwater was really good because it was about things teens could relate to.

Well there are always the classic vampire novels.

Any thing by Anne Rice, although the literature is quite advanced, they're amazing books.
the titles in order are
Interview with the vampire
The vampire Lestat
& Queen of the damned.

They're just amazing.

Sweet Blood is also a really good book.

Eclipse, the other sequel, is available for preorder at Barnes and Noble.

She's also going to write more: Breaking Dawn...and....

Midnight Sun. Which is Twilight rewritten from Edward's perspective. Here's the first chapter:

I also recently read a really good trilogy: Uglies, Pretties, and Specials. They're pretty (sorry, unintentional pun) good.

Another good series is the Bartimaeus Trilogy. The first book is called The Amulet of Samarkand. Don't judge it by it's cover, they're really amazing books.

Prince of Misery by Heather Crews & Blood Bond by Suzy Minor. Both are vampire books and really good.

"Peeps" by Scott Westerfeld. And whatever the sequel's titled.

It's a little more sci-fi than romantic. But it's still about vampires. And I think they're great books. His other books are definitely worth reading too.

:)
