Try to get a 32A. Don't like in the kids department but in the adults. They have signs that say PUSH UP BRA and of course you can test it if it's padded or not.

Actually, I was there last night trying to find a cheap bra (because I'm on a budget & it was an emergency) & yes they do have quite a few cute padded & push up bras. Most are about $10-$12. I have a few other bras from there & they last pretty good as long as you don't throw them in the dryer. :)

walmart has a good selection.
the best brand i can recommend
from walmart is, by far, fruit of the loom.
they have the cutesttt designs and
great push up and a little bit of
padding. you dont want too much
padding. the padding is just so you
wont be pointing at people when its
cold out, if you know what i mean.

hope i helped. xoxo
(:

Just a warning, push-up won't necessarily make you look any bigger! If you don't have much to push up, there won't be a huge effect. Push-up bras are made for enhancing cleavage, not making your breasts look bigger.

That aside, Wal-mart should have a bunch. That's where I used to get mine.

i can imagine they do, walmart has a huge selection of bras from what i have seen. i have never purchased one from there but my friends have and they seem to work for them. maybe you should ask a worker to help you find what you're looking for. :) hope i could help!
