some ppl. have scrolling words on top of their pages... what site do they get it from? cuz i want it too...

You don't need to get it from anywhere. Just put the words between marquee tags.

Here's a page that tells you how to do that. It also has information about other things that you can do with the tags, like making the words scroll faster.
