I am a 14 year old female and I am going on vacation in less than a month and I want to look good in my bathing suit. Does anyone have some tips for losiing weight without using pills? And a quick one too.
Anyways now that's answered, for best body toning exercise would be Pilates. That works out your body as whole so you would have generally toned body. Also they dont create those bulky guy like muscles that girls find big gross. Pilate is generally the mix of Yoga and Aerobic but it's lot better in my opinion.
It works out your whole body and burns fat while toning it as well. You can find those pretty much anywhere as well. Wal mart, Internet, etc. I would recommend for you to go to wal mart and just buy a video or dvd because they will run about 25-45 minutes. Which is a good exercising time.
Also if you are looking for some toned abs, definetly do sit ups. About 200 per day is good but that is only when you are comfortable doing them. Start out with 10 if you must. Then increase it by 50 and so on.
Also you can do them by reps. Like do 50 in the morning. 50 in the afternoon like after school. and 100 at night. or something like that.
