I have always been a good singer but only few people know that but I want a real music person to tell me if im good thats why I tried out for the play cause someone might be there that kind of is a recoding person and i have always imagined this happining in my dreams but i never thought it would. So please help me get over my stage fright

At best all you would see if you looked towards the audience is the first row at best as those lights are going to affect your view of anything directly in front of you.
When you remember that and can actually see one or two people think to yourself that they are the only ones there. block everything else out and focus on the lyrics, the melody, dance etc and pretend you are all alone in front of the mirror.
Just sing for those to people and think in your head that these people are really dying to see you sing and are on the edge of their seat. Just sing as if it were for one person and focus on them.
This often works as when you're up there you can't really see people in their seats. Treat it like an empty room with only you there off in your own world. This is EXACTLY what professional singers do like Barbra Streissand who is terrified of being on stage and a couple other big names that escape me.
The good part is that once you do this you will be able to continue doing it and the confidence level will go up inside you. Also, remember that the person who cast you did it for a reason. They KNOW you can sing.
So when you get up there instead of thinking Oh shit, I'm going to bomb what do I do now etc think to yourself all these people know I'm capable of this and have talent and every last one of them supports me up here. Then it's easier.
I'm not just saying this either as I'm done community theatre and public speaking as a teen and still do now. You can do it but you won't if you do not believe in yourself and your abilities. That's the only thing that can mess this up for you--not believing in yourself. So, with that in mind break a leg! [ solidadvice4teens's advice column | Ask solidadvice4teens A Question ]

You know you're good. That's why you got the part. If you want to become more confident, then please read my singing tips website on my column.

The first thing you need right now is the word "confidence". Or more of it. Say that you can do this, dont put yourself down. You are only going to become Ifrightened if you think negativity. Practice makes perfect. I would just like get a group of your friends and practice singing in front of them. Or ask your teacher if you could practice singing in any of your classes. Never ever say you can't do this. Think POSITIVE girl. Maybe hold a paper clip in your hand to keep the nerves down. Now just forget what everyone in the crowd thinks of you && just show off your ah-mazing talent of singing you have and do it to make them proud!! Remember after you are done you are going to be feeling a lot more brave. The more daring or bold things you do the more it will be easier to accomplish when things get really hard to do. So as I would say make your dreams come true!!
