I love my boy friend tons and he told me that he has strong feelings for me i wanna kiss him but i'm afraid of what my parents and friends would say.
My friends would probably say i'm a slut but i am worried about my parents as it would be my first kiss

The most important thing is that you do what feels right. If your both ready then so be it.
Nobody should think any less of you for kissing him, he is your boyfriend after all.
Your true friends will know you and know that you're not at all a slut. Parents are never exactly happy at the thought of their kids kissing and so on but explain to them that it's a decision you gave a lot of thought to and hopefully they will see that you are being responsible by being open with them about it.

There are way sluttier things thsn kissing. Kissing your boyfriend won't make you a slut. If your friends really care about you than they won't call you a slut or anything else. And your parents don't have to know, unless you want to tell them. It's your relationship not theres.

Wow, how old are you to be called such a strong word like slut to kiss your own boyfriend? Frankly, i believe that is your own choice when you think its right so I would most likely say go for it. However if you are afraid that others will mock you in such a vulger way, then you dont have to tell them you know?
Find some private places and keep your mouth sealed. Kissing is a wonderful thing to do to express the likeness for one another. nothing to be ashamed of.
