calories hi, i'm a fourteen year old female
& i'd like to know what's a healthy amout of calories i should eat in a day
not really to lose weight, but be more healthy

A healthy amount of calories to consume each day for a fourteen year old is 2,000-2,300. Even a little more is fine if your are very active in sports, and stuff. But it also depends on your size and height. But if you are average size then about 2,000-2,300 is good.

Hey. I'm fourteen too and I just learned recently that a healthy amount of calories daily is about 2,200 calories for an 11-18 year old girl. This is just an estimate but it's a healthy amount. You may need more if you have a fast metabilism or less if you have a slow one but this is a good amount. I really hope this helped! =)
