Yes, you can drink too much water. If there's too much water for your kidneys to regulate the amount in your bloodstream, it can cause swelling of the brain. It's not as common as dehydration so it's certainly important to drink water, but there is a such thing as too much.
If your urine is almost clear, you're hydrated, it's okay to take it easy and drink a little less. Generally you shouldn't need more than 6-8 ounces an hour to stay hydrated unless it's really super hot out. Some trainers recommend that you weigh yourself before and after you work out... you should lose a few pounds of water weight through sweat. If you don't, your body is having trouble dealing with the amount of water you're taking on and you should cut back. ]
i think reasonably would be about 70 ounces?
I think that 92 ounces is ok if you are athletic and active. Dont drink too much because it can make you sick! Recently...someone died because they drank too much water!
hope i helped<3
try 70-80 ounces! ]
