have you turned your life around?

Question Posted Tuesday February 27 2007, 10:29 am

I steal and I cheat and i LIE and I hack and do bunch of illegal stuff and i ususally do this to the people that actually trust me (which isnt a lot of people these days) and i don't know how to stop it or what to do, i want to becoma a good person with good karma, bu it just doesn't work. Has anyone ever turned their life around COMPLETELY? for the better.. and how'd you do it?

i have turned my life around. not in the same way but i've definatley done that. personally, i've never stolen anything or cheated but changing your life is changing your life nevertheless. I was a compulsive lyer and also extreamly depressed to the point were i didn't ever get out of bed. It's definatley hard to change but it can happen..and you'll come out on the other sude a better person. Go to a support group or accually go to a doctor and they can usually talk to you about everything and that really helps. they also make medicine for that stuff! hope i helped!

Hey

Try going to peer groups.
Stop doing all the bad things you are doing.
Think of all the consequences.
Think of new things to do instead.
If all comes to worse, move to another city.
That way, you start fresh.

Remember, this all doesn't happen overnight and will take some time. But don't get discouraged, it'll work out eventually if you strive for it. :)

Good luck, I wish you all the best!

I lived right next to the projects all my life, but it wasn't until I got lost in them, and sae another world of complete anarchy that I changed. I saw the world upside down, and inside out from being in the debts of hell. It made me realize how sad it is - a world that consists of nothing but hate, mistrust, and addiction, but only due to people's choice. I didn't change quick, but slowly I did from flashbacks of horrific things I remember seeing.

About a year later it made me think about it, and the only thing that made me feel better, and seemed to be the answer are the words of christ. Now don't mistake me for one of those christian faggit assholes that hide behind the bible. I don't ever go to church, or pray, but the very few times I ever did manage to get some literature from jesus christ's preaching they were actually beautiful.

Now I'm not saying go get lost in the hardcore ghetto where you're lucky you didn't get stabbed for being white, but try to recognize your choices, and the harsh consequences that'll fuck you up right in your ass badly someday once it's way to late if you chose the darkside. It's up to you where you want to go with yourself. Think about where you are, and what you got, then where you could be without even just clean water. Me, I can't even stand tap water, and that's how spoiled I am. Meanwhile 20 kids just died from dehydration while I wrote this.
