I know this may be the last thing you want to do, but eat something heavy--bread, bagel,etc.. when I have a hangover I try having a big breakfast, even though I completely lose my appetite. For future reference, when you're going to drink, have some water in between drinks. Having a hangover is also the result of being dehydrated. And make sure not to drink on an empty stomach. Have a good meal before going out to drink.
Anyway, everyone has a hangover once in a while, and it sucks.. you're probably going to feel pretty drained the whole day, but to at least minimize the effects, try some of the above pointers. [ ciao77's advice column | Ask ciao77 A Question ]
