LM answered Sunday February 25 2007, 8:47 pm: Exercising in general. You can't lose weight in just one area.
Try running four or five times a week. Or walking; it's easier on your joints. Make sure you do plenty of stretching beforehand and when you're done, or you'll get sore like you wouldn't believe.
Pilates also helps "tone up". Plus it just feels good.
bLue_in_tHe_faCe answered Sunday February 25 2007, 8:45 pm: Jog or run daily. You won't see results fast, but i know people who ran alot and got tiny. It also builds up muscle and indurance. Right now the weather isn't the best (in Illinois atleast) so try running on a tredmil if you have it. Remember, distance matters more than time, so slower and longer is better then fast and short. Also drink lots of water to keep you full and hydrated. And when you run your heart rate increases and your metobolism burns more. Hope this helped [ bLue_in_tHe_faCe's advice column | Ask bLue_in_tHe_faCe A Question ]
