LM answered Sunday February 25 2007, 8:08 pm: Unless you're Jack Bauer, I'm fairly certain you can find 20-30 minutes a day to exercise.
Impossible, you say? Well, you're on the computer as we speak, right? Spend that time exercising instead! Run up and down a flight of stairs. Do jumping jacks. Pilates. Squats. Walk on a treadmill. Something.
Think of an activity in your schedule that you don't HAVE to do (homework is something you DO have to do haha). Something like half-watching TRL for an hour after school eating a bag of chips. Change that to eating a healthy snack, exercising for a half hour, and watching the top three videos. Something like that makes a significant difference over time.
If you truly don't have the time, you're doing too much in a day and you're going to wear yourself out.
try to eat all the foods except the junk- [Link](Mouse over link to see full location)
eat healthy- like special K...weight watchers cereal...and bran too!
dont drink a lot of soda...and drink plenty of water! maybe try going up and down the stairs an extra time, to get your heart rate up!
